Public Liability Takaful or third Party liability takaful provides coverage against the legal liability of the organization to pay compensation and pay for legal costs, court charges and expenses arising out of bodily injury or property damage to third parties occurring in connection with the business operations of the organization or any organization’s activity.

Covers the legal costs and expenses incurred as a result of accidental loss of or damage to third parties property caused by Organization’s business activities

Covers the organizations legal liability for accidental death of the third parties resulting from bodily injury due to any cause in connection with the organizations business or activities

In order to avail the benefits of Public liability Insurance, the businesses are required to furnish the following information
