Employers Liability covers legal liability of the organization towards the employees while being under the employment of the organization to pay compensation and incur legal costs, court charges and expenses for accidental bodily injury, sickness and disease to the employees arising out of the works performed by them during the course of the employment and according to the occupational capacity of the employees declared by the Organization.

Providing Coverage against legal liability of the Organizations towards its employees

Covers the organizations legal liability resulting from the accidental bodily injury, disease and sickness to the employees arising out of the works performed by the employees

Covers the organizations legal liability for accidental death of the employees while performing the work resulting from bodily injury, sickness or disease

Covers the costs and expenses of litigation

In order to avail the benefits of Employers Liability Insurance, the businesses are required to furnish the following information/documents:
Proposal Form

Duly filled, signed, stamped, titled and dated proposal form. The proposal form can be obtained by contacting any of our offices

Limit of Liability /Insurance
Loss history for the 5 to 10 years atleast
List of Employees with names, occupation, monthly salary/ wages, employee Identification number & CNIC number
