What is Contractors Plant & Machinery Insurance

The cover is designed for Mobile Plant & Equipment used in construction sites against sudden, accidental and unforeseen loss or damage but excluding mechanical/electrical breakdown. The same criteria apply as in the case of Machinery Insurance.

Risk Covered under Contractors Plant & Machinery Insurance:

This policy covered the insured’s equipment to any accidental or external damage.

Why I need C.P.M?

It protects the contractor from unforeseen and sudden accidental physical loss or damage from any cause (other than those specifically excluded) to construction plant and machinery whether the insured items are at work or at rest, or being dismantled for the purpose of cleaning or overhauling.
